An Apsolute Dream was purchased from Black Horse Ranch as a weanling in 1998. He is bred by Karen Grimm, from Manden, NV, who has many Appaloosa Breeder of the Year Awards.
Apsolute has 10 ApHC and NCHA Hall of Fame sires and 10 World Champion sires in six generations. Highly colored, has the gorgeous Dreamfinder head, a great personality and disposition. He is a son of Pleasant Dreams, 7x World’s Champion in various cow events; 2001 reserve World’s Best Appaloosa; and 2002 World's Best Appaloosa. His dam, Ms. Peppy Machinette, deceased, has a Who's Who pedigree of NCHA Cutting World Champions and Hall of Fame bloodlines. Apsolute’s full brother, Icon, deceased, was the National Champion Jr. Working horse, and the Canadian National Champion, and he took 6th place at the 2003 Worlds in Open Jr. Working Cow Horse.
